Open heart, elevated energy.

If you’re reading this, thank you.
These last ten months have been a season of healing, slowing down, and listening closely to my inner world. Sharing again feels like a soft re-entry into connection. I’ve been a bit of a hermit since my accident last January, and although we’re moving deeper into winter, I feel myself slowly emerging from hibernation.

This space is meant to feel simple and human.
A place to land.
A place to breathe.
A place where the practices that have been lifting me can support you too, without promises, pressure, or performance. Just presence.

Over these past months, I’ve been rebuilding strength through quiet rituals:
mantra, mudra, breath, subtle movement, and Proprioceptive Imagery; sensing movement that isn’t physically happening.

A few weeks ago, I returned to Nabhi Kriya, a practice I love for the inner fire it stokes.
But when I sat with what I wanted to offer here, especially for December, something about Nabhi felt too intense.

Many of us don’t need intensity right now.
We need warmth.
We need gentleness.
We need practices that lift without overwhelming; practices that support us through winter’s natural density: slow, inward, quiet, grounding.

So instead of Nabhi Kriya, I’m opening a soft, heart-centered morning practice series right here on Substack.
And we begin this Tuesday, December 2nd.

December Morning Practice Space

A gentle rise into winter

Starting Tuesday, December 2nd, I’ll be holding a small morning practice space that blends soft strengthening with heart-opening meditation — the kind of practice you can meet yourself in even when you’re tired and want to stay in bed. Most days will be 30/40 mins but expect a little longer for the first class.

What We’ll Practice

1. Gentle Elevation kriya (20-ish minutes)

A soft, uplifting sequence to open the heart, circulate energy, and create warmth without strain. Think: grounded, bright, supportive.

2. Heartflow Meditation (11-ish minutes)

My gentle form of Celestial Communication: flowing hand and arm movements synced with the mantra Ra Ra Ra Ra — Ma Ma Ma Ma.
Soothing, rhythmic, creative, emotionally calming.

Accessible for every level, every mood, every kind of morning.

A Few Words About This Space

I created my Substack as a place to share:

• gentle, grounding practices
• meditation + mantra
• reflections on healing + inner listening
• seasonal rituals
• honest conversations about the in-between
• moments of presence

My intention is that you feel supported here.
Held, not pulled.
Invited, never pressured.

If you choose to become a paid subscriber, you’ll receive:

• access to morning practice live + recordings
• exclusive meditations
• seasonal practices
• deeper personal reflections
• behind-the-scenes shares from my healing and rebuilding

If you stay on the free list, I’m grateful you’re here.

As the year winds down…

May you find warmth where you need it most.
May your edges soften.
May your energy rise gently and steadily from the center outward, guiding you into what comes next with clarity and grace.

Here’s to a winter of softness, clarity, and quiet inner strength.

With love,

Kristi
