Radiant Body was born from a lifetime of following quiet inner knowing, beginning with a Rodney Yee VHS tape in a small drugstore at thirteen and unfolding through decades of yoga, meditation, study, travel, devotion, and lived experience.

These practices became the anchor through the in-betweens of life: the seasons of uncertainty, the moments that required courage, the transitions that asked me to grow, and the healing that shaped who I am today.
What began as personal refuge became a path of teaching, guiding, and sharing, an offering shaped by lineage, intuition, and the deep desire to support others feel more grounded, clear, and connected in their own lives.
Radiant Body is the culmination of that journey.

Radiant Body is where strength meets softness, discipline meets devotion, and ancient wisdom meets modern life.
It draws from Kundalini-inspired practices, yoga; pranayama (breath), meditation, subtle-body technology, ashtanga foundations, fascia-informed movement, seasonal rhythms, and the simple human longing to return to ourselves.

Meet Kristi
Yoga found me long before I had words for why I needed it.
I grew up searching for anchors for practices that made me feel steady, alive, connected. Over the last 30 years, yoga has been my constant companion: through career pivots, healing from injuries, cross-world moves, long work days, soul openings, heartbreaks, and every moment of becoming.
My teaching reflects everything I’ve lived:
Kundalini-inspired practices that awaken clarity, intuition, and inner strength
Breath and mantra to regulate the nervous system and create energetic coherence
Foundational ashtanga + slow flow for stability and longevity
Fascia-aware movement to unlock mobility, ease, and release
Meditation + subtle body work to deepen awareness and restore inner balance
TCM seasonal wisdom to align practice with nature’s cycles
Accessible formats including chair yoga, senior yoga, and therapeutic sequencing
