THE REAL CHALLENGE

You are not failing at building a consistent practice.

You just haven't been given an approach that works for you.

You have downloaded Headspace. You have done the breathwork. You have bought the course, hired the coach, and gone to the retreat. You have the journals with three entries in them. You have the morning routine that lasted for two weeks. You have the app you paid for and forgot about. You are not someone who doesn't try. You are someone who keeps trying — and keeps arriving at the same place. A little better for a week, and then back to the same patterns, the same exhaustion, the same hollow feeling that something underneath still hasn't moved.

From the outside, you look like someone who has it together. Established career. Active lifestyle. You show up for everyone. You are the person other people come to. And underneath all of that — underneath the packed calendar and the capable exterior and the way you hold everything in place — you are exhausted in a way you cannot fully explain. Not tired from doing too much. Tired from doing too much of the wrong things, for the wrong reasons.

You wake up already behind. You move fast. You help everyone. You hold it together. And then you get into bed at night and stay on your phone longer than you should — because the quiet feels too loud and your thoughts are not always kind. You keep going because stopping feels dangerous. Like, if you slow down, you might have to feel everything you have been outrunning.

You have noticed the pattern. You have journaled about it. Talked about it in therapy. Thought about it on runs. And it is still there — the same reaction, the same reaching, the same loop dressed up in slightly different circumstances. That is not a willpower problem. That is not a consistency problem. That is a design problem. And it is not yours to carry.

Most practices work on one level. The meditation app calms the surface. The journalling gives you insight that makes sense on paper. The yoga settles your nervous system for an hour. But none of it reaches the place where the pattern actually lives — the subconscious layer, the part that runs underneath the thinking mind, the place no amount of reading about it or talking about it has ever quite touched.

So something shifts. And then quietly disappears on a Tuesday.

You do not need another thing that works for a while. You need something that works at the level where it actually needs to. Something that fits inside a real life — not the version of your life where everything has finally settled. Thirty minutes. Twice a week. Before the day owns you.

What a shift actually sounds like

“I didn't spiral after that conversation.”

“I made a decision and stayed with it.”

“I walked into that room, and I knew who I was.”

THE PRACTICE

Radiant Body

A twice-weekly online practice — Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 30 minutes, working at the cognitive, subconscious, and energetic levels. Through breath, movement, active meditation, mantra, and energetics, you build real steadiness from the inside.

Not a course or a challenge. Not something you complete, a practice. The kind you keep coming back to, and that keeps giving something back.

About Kristi

I did not find
this work.

It found me.

When I was 13, I started moving with yoga, and something got quiet inside me that I had never felt before and could not name. As I continued devoted to the practice, I spent time looking for that feeling in the wrong places, careers that looked right on paper, a life that felt hollow underneath.

It took forced stillness to understand what I had actually been searching for.

In that stillness, I went deeper into the practices I had been studying for years — yoga, movement, breath, mantra, active meditation, energetics. Not as a way to feel better. As a way to finally see clearly. To stabilize what had always been scattered. To direct what had always been leaking.

It is what I built Radiant Body on. More than 30 years of practice, almost two decades guiding people inward, more than 1,800 hours of formal training. But those are just numbers. What matters is that I have used these same tools, the same breath, the same practice, since I was a young teenager trying to find steady ground, and I am still grateful for them every single time. I know what it feels like from the inside. And I know what becomes possible when you stop looking outward.

The steadiness you are looking for is not something I can give you. It is already there. I just know the way in..

The Rhythm

You don't need three separate things to keep track of.

You need one rhythm that repeats until it stops feeling like something you're doing.

THE MONTHLY THEME

Every month follows its own arc, land, clear, ground, evolve, so the body has time to actually settle into what it's working with instead of jumping to the next idea before the last one landed anywhere. You get the theme recording before the first class, so by the time Tuesday comes you're not learning something new. You're already inside it. Some months it will feel obvious why this is the theme. Other months you won't understand it until week three. Both are fine.

THE LIVE PRACTICE

Twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30am, thirty minutes, working at the level where breath and mantra move faster than thinking does. You're guided in, then given room to find what's actually happening for you inside the practice. If you miss it live, the recording is there. The point was never perfect attendance. It was coming back.

THE WEDNESDAY THREAD

Something arrives midweek, a prompt, a voice note, a short practice, a question worth sitting with, so the work doesn't go quiet between Tuesday and Thursday when life gets loud again. It's not a group chat to keep up with. It's a thread that's there when you want to pull on it.

A FEW THINGS PEOLE ASK

Because most meditation practices work on one level — usually the thinking mind. This works at three: the cognitive, the subconscious, and the energetic. Here is what that means practically. Cognitive: you arrive with intention, not just a body showing up. Subconscious: the same practice repeated in the same container is how patterns actually rewrite — repetition with emotional activation is the mechanism. Energetic: breathwork and mantra work at the nervous system level before the thinking mind gets involved. That is why things stick here in a way they haven't before. Not because you will try harder. Because it reaches the place where the pattern actually lives.

I've tried meditation before, and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?

I don't have a consistent practice. Will I be able to keep up?

The container is designed for real life, not ideal conditions. Thirty minutes, twice a week. Sessions are recorded if you can't make it live. The women who get the most from this are not the ones who show up perfectly — they are the ones who keep coming back even when life gets loud.

That is honest and worth paying attention to. If it feels like too much of a stretch right now, The Inner Reset is a good place to start. Come here when you are ready to go deeper.

I'm not sure I'm ready for breath, mantra, and energetics. It feels like a stretch.

I already have a yoga or movement practice. Is this different?

Yes. This is not about the physical body or the poses. It works at the energetic and subconscious layer — the layer underneath that most movement practices don't reach. Many of the women here have active practices already. This is what they do before they go out into the world.

Every session is recorded. You will not fall behind. The rhythm of the month holds whether you show up live or catch the recording in your own time.

What if I miss sessions?

Is this the right time? Things are pretty full right now.

Things will not settle on their own. Thirty minutes twice a week is not a lot to ask, but it is enough to start changing the quality of everything that comes after it.

YOU ALREADY KNOW

The practice is simple.
The container is steady.
Everything you are looking for
is already inside you.

You do not need more information. You do not need to think about it longer. You need a place to finally go inward and stay there long enough for something to shift. This is that place.

You were born radiant. This is how you find your way back.
